Recent progress of physical failure analysis of GaN HEMTs

Gallium nitride (GaN)-based high-electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) are widely used in high power and high frequency application fields,due to the outstanding physical and chemical properties of the GaN material.However,GaN HEMTs suffer from degradations and even failures during practical applications,making physical analyses of post-failure devices extremely significant for reliability improvements and further device optimizations.In this paper,common physical characterization techniques for post failure analyses are introduced,several failure mechanisms and corresponding failure phenomena are reviewed and summarized,and finally device optimization methods are discussed.

基于复合相变材料的梯级组合蓄热特性研究

针对潜热蓄热装置内部相变材料（PCM）导热系数偏小，蓄热速率过低的问题，对基于复合相变材料的两级串联式梯级蓄热装置的相变过程进行了数值研究。通过对不同热物性PCM工况的对比与分析，得到了装置在不同工况下的蓄热特性。结果表明，存在最佳的热扩散系数，使固定熔点的PCM实现“均匀等速相变”。同时，增大PCM的热扩散系数可以有效降低加热面温度，但随着热扩散系数的增大，加热面温度降低幅度减小。通过分析Stefan数，得到了装置最佳的参数，使工况蓄热效果最佳。最后，通过Stefan数为2.88时的实验工况验证了相关规律的正确性。     

Light-Responsive Colloidal Crystals Engineered with DNA

A novel method for synthesizing and photopatterning colloidal crystals via light-responsive DNA is developed. These crystals are composed of 10–30 nm gold nanoparticles interconnected with azobenzene-modified DNA strands. The photoisomerization of the azobenzene molecules leads to reversible assembly and disassembly of the base-centered cubic (bcc) and face-centered cubic (fcc) crystalline nanoparticle lattices. In addition, UV light is used as a trigger to selectively remove nanoparticles on centimeter-scale thin films of colloidal crystals, allowing them to be photopatterned into preconceived shapes. The design of the azobenzene-modified linking DNA is critical and involves complementary strands, with azobenzene moieties deliberately staggered between the bases that define the complementary code. This results in a tunable wavelength-dependent melting temperature (T_m) window (4.5–15 °C) and one suitable for affecting the desired transformations. In addition to the isomeric state of the azobenzene groups, the size of the particles can be used to modulate the T_m window over which these structures are light-responsive.     

芳烃连续重整装置先进控制系统的开发和应用

针对某石化公司芳烃连续重整装置的生产现状、存在问题及需求,为实现节能降耗而进行控制优化,在常规DCS控制的基础上提出了芳烃连续重整装置先进控制系统的控制目标、控制策略、系统结构及控制方案。利用机理建模,单值预估控制来进行先进控制器搭建,应用结果证实了所开发系统实现了质量指标的卡边控制,降低了能耗,提升了装置的平稳性。     

Maternal Malnutrition Affects Hepatic Metabolism through Decreased Hepatic Taurine Levels and Changes in HNF4A Methylation

Fetal programming implies that the maternal diet during pregnancy affects the long-term health of offspring. Although maternal diet influences metabolic disorders and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in offspring, the hepatic mechanisms related to metabolites are still unknown. Here, we investigated the maternal diet-related alterations in metabolites and the biological pathway in male offspring at three months of age. Pregnant rats were exposed to 50% food restriction during the prenatal period or a 45% high-fat diet during the prenatal and postnatal periods. The male offspring exposed to food restriction and high-fat diets had lower birth weights than controls, but had a catch-up growth spurt at three months of age. Hepatic taurine levels decreased in both groups compared to controls. The decreased hepatic taurine levels in offspring affected excessive lipid accumulation through changes in hepatocyte nuclear factor 4 A methylation. Moreover, the alteration of gluconeogenesis in offspring exposed to food restriction was observed to a similar extent as that of offspring exposed to a high fat diet. These results indicate that maternal diet affects the dysregulation in hepatic metabolism through changes in taurine levels and HNF4A methylation, and predisposes the offspring to Type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in later life.     

磁性生物炭非均相类Fenton体系去除水中四环素

采用先浸渍后热解的方法制备了磁性生物炭材料,并使用XRD、XPS、VSM对制备的材料进行了表征。结果表明,制备的磁性生物炭主要的活性物质为γ-Fe2O3。采用磁性生物炭非均相类Fenton体系处理水中四环素(TC),当初始TC质量浓度为200 mg/L,pH=7,H2O2投加量为19.8 mmol/L,磁性生物炭投加量为3 g/L时,处理效果最佳。加入抗坏血酸可以加速铁循环过程,明显改善·OH的生成,进而增强了TC去除率。     

起重机械移动综合检测平台的研制开发

起重机械作为工业发展的基础性产业，其安全使用一直备受关注，有关的检测技术和手段日新月异。文中结合起重机械检验检测工作特点和流程，基于目前日趋成熟的移动实验室技术，提出了起重机械移动综合检测平台的设计方案。对现有检测手段、业务流程、办公软件、网络系统等进行整合，将检测平台结构分为车载基础和业务测试2个功能模块，实现了起重机械一站式的业务服务、检验检测、远程联检等功能，推进检验检测工作提质增效，并具有一定的扩展性，为智慧特检提供了一种思路。
